HERA - Women Healthcare is a specialist obstetrics and gynaecological centre and provides a full range of clinical services, health promotion, and prevention programs for pregnant and non-pregnant women.

As it is very obvious, though women being the strongest part of the family, their health is often most neglected part of the family. because women health is influenced not just by biology, but also by conditions such as poverty, employment, family responsibilities, & pregnancy and child birth associated substantial risks, unplanned pregnancy, unconsensual sexual activity, struggle for access to safe abortion care etc.

Dr. Abinaya Maathuri. J is the founder and owner of HERA - Women Healthcare. She has completed her MBBS in Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, Chennai. And she has done her Master of Surgery in Obstetrics & Gynecology [MS (OG)] in SRM Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, Kattankulathur. She has also completed a Fellowship Course in Minimal Access Surgery. And also has done a Certificate Course in OBG Ultrasound. She has worked in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology in renowned hospitals in Chennai (Apollo Cradle & Motherhood Hospital).
